源起
宗旨：藉此賽事，鼓勵學生開口說英語，並學習英語正確發音、語調及流暢度，引導學生重視英語發音，展現英語音韻之美並提升大專院校學生學習英語之興趣。
Objectives
1. To encourage students’ interest in learning the beauty of rhyme and rhythm by reciting English essays.
2. To encourage students to read and improve their reading skills.
3. To allow students to improve their pronunciation and intonation as they are the foundation of English.
