Highlights of The Ph.D
The PhD. Program in Business combines teaching and research resources from four departments - International Business, Accounting, Information Management, and Finance in the College of Business. Meanwhile, teaching lectures integrate the trend of global industrial development into Case Studies. This program expects to broaden students' international horizons.
The PhD. Program in Business recruits international students all over the world, which brings the diversity of viewpoints in the courses, and provides multi-cultural experience in studying.
The PhD. Program in Business offers required/selected courses in English. By taking this approach, international students can learn the knowledge and expertise without language barriers, and local students can enhance their English language ability.
Most international students in our program are university teachers in their countries. After completing their studies and returning home, they contribute what they have learned to higher education in their home countries. They continue to maintain academic exchanges with our school and recommend outstanding teachers to study in our program.
Several international students in our program are offered the Taiwan Scholarship or the Elite Scholarship form the Ministry of Education, Taiwan as the result of their outstanding academic achievements.
